In The Room Print – Making Mass Production Sexy

We are delighted to announce that we will be working with In the Room Print Company to lovingly screenprint our Tee Competition winning designs. In the Room will also be crafting some limited edition TDN tote bags for us.

The young business, founded by members of the Liverpool-based band Hot Club de Paris, are also practicing graphic designers. They decided to start their own screenprinting business after taking control of their own design and merch; recording the music plus designing the records themselves became part of the bands creative outlet. “Screen printing our own t-shirts and general merch is something we’ve done for a while, and we figured we’d start doing the same for others who need it.” The group have since produced lo-fi but high-spec prints for Lost Art Skateshop, Moshi Moshi Records, Witchita Records, Mugstar, and May 68.

Paul Rafferty, director at In the Room, commented: ‘We at In the Room Print Co are looking forward to working with The Double Negative and make the final products for their current t-shirt competition. We’ll hand-print each shirt with all the care and attention that the amazing designs deserve and look forward to seeing them around town on people’s bodies.’

We can’t wait for the results.

Deadline for our Tee Comp ends today at 5pm. Good Luck!
