Tell us about you: I make collages, paintings, drawings, comics and so forth, they usually have a strong narrative focus. Recently moved back to Liverpool after a decade or so in Glasgow and I keep getting lost.
What inspires you? Kurt Vonnegut, Powell & Pressburger, Giorgio de Chirico, Robert Crumb.
What do you love about Liverpool? The Walker Art Gallery, the remains of the wartime defences on Crosby Beach, Sefton Park.
What would your superpower be? The ability to shoot rolled up £50 notes out of my ears. Or a better memory.
Favourite local hangout? The Ship & Mitre, my studio at Arena, my shed.
Tell us a secret. I am married to the famous actress Charlize Theron.
