Tell us about you:

I live, work and suffer in beautiful Liverpool with my cat Alma and our houseplant. When I’m not doing any of those things, I go to the pictures.

What inspires you?

Any time John Berger speaks in ‘Ways of Seeing’. Creative people who take huge cheques to do something totally alienating and unique always earn my respect.

What do you love about where you live?

I love that it isn’t England.

What’s your favourite local hangout?

The Kazimier Garden or Root Coffee, which are convenient neighbours. I always run into someone I know in the Pilgrim pub. Cosiness is key.

What would your superpower be?

Teleportation or similar that’d mean I could travel wherever I needed without gripping the armrests during turbulence.

Me and my brother Matt are supposedly named after Bros.
