Tell us about you: I was born and grew up in Liverpool, went to uni in Manchester where I studied French and Spanish, and have since lived in Paris, Madrid, Berlin and Barcelona, where I currently live and work as a teacher and write for varying publications.
What inspires you? People working jobs that they thoroughly enjoy and find completely fulfilling.
What do you love about where you live? I love the mix between the pride in Catalan identity and the embrace of cultures from all over the world.
Favourite local hangout? El Raval.
What would your superpower be? Being able to learn other languages very quickly would save me a lot of effort.
