FREE Shipping and Delivery

We are happy to offer FREE shipping and delivery.


Orders are shipped around twice per week through the Royal Mail, 2nd class recorded delivery, and should arrive within 3-14 days. We email you when we have posted your purchase/s. If you have any questions or problems please just contact us and we will be happy to help!



The Double Negative Shop uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from our shop. You just need a credit or debit card and an address! We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

There are no hidden postage charges at checkout. The price you see on the shop items is the final price you pay.



All shop gifts are packed up super carefully and shipped in thick cardboard tubes, cardboard envelopes or padded packaging. We use recycled packaging wherever possible.

To Make a Return or Exchange

We must be told within 7 days about returning an item, then items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please email laura[@]

Magazines, books and prints must be in their original condition. Clothing that has been worn, laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.

If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason besides defect, you will be responsible for return shipping charges. We will ship your replacement item(s) at no additional shipping charge once we have received your returned item.

We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking as The Double Negative is not responsible for any lost shipments.


If Your Order is Defective/Damaged/Incorrect

If your order either contains the wrong item(s) or defective item(s), we’ll pay the return shipping charges but also send you your indicated replacement(s) with free shipping as well. Please contact laura[@]
