The Kazimier Krunk Fiesta: In Pictures

Check out the action from Saturday’s all-dayer at The Kazimier…

If you wandered into Wolstenholme Square on Saturday, you probably would’ve noticed a flurry of matador capes, goat skins and dodgy pencil moustaches. The annual (much-mythologised) Krunk Fiesta boasted 25 bands over three stages, including Wet Nuns, Mamadou & The Super Libador Band, River Niger Orchestra, Jimmy Lightfoot, Flamin Mamies, and, of course, The Kazimier Krunk Band. The perfect opportunity to showcase their new outdoor garden space, the Kazimier are currently offering entertainment like nowhere else in the city; utterly mad, cleverly devised and executed with complete passion. As the pictures (and our hangovers) suggest, a good time was had.
